On Facebook or Instagram, either share a post or draw attention to it, if you think being associated with the thought boosts your own brand. By giving exposure to things you like, you might just win an ally in the person who originally posted the content (assuming you give him or her the credit they deserve when linking to it). This might mean they do the same thing in return in the future. This will further grow your following.

Affiliate marketing is a process wherein you promote another company’s products or services and when sales increase, you earn a commission. Depending on the efficiency of your marketing skills, you can achieve great sales targets and ultimately make more money. Revenue is generated in affiliate marketing only after a specific action is performed. This action needs to be completed by a sale and only then will you get your payment.
If I were to recommend one tips above others it would be this one. I think it would be much more effective and less intrusive with the culture on Twitter to tweet a link to a post you’ve written on your blog that includes an affiliate link – than to tweet the affiliate link directly. Write up a review of the product on your blog, give a balanced review, share why the product is relevant to your readers, tell them who would benefit most from it etc. And THEN tweet a link to the review. The problem with Twitter is that you’ve got 140 or so characters and to really do the product you’re promoting service and to give your readers a well balanced review you need more than that.
And that means affiliate marketing also conveys more trust in your brand. When your partners are marketing you to their friends & family, it confers the trust between them to your brand as well. This is why working with influencers gives you greater social clout in your niche, which translates to higher loyalty and trust in your company. Hi, just to let you know that I had a conversation with customer service at Amazon.com and they only allow direct links to Facebook, Twitter and Youtube at the moment and I asked about Pinterest and the answer is no you can’t link directly to an Amazon product, you need to go via your own website or blog. If they catch you doing that, your account will be closed as it is against their TOS.

The tricky thing with Instagram is that it doesn’t allow links in your posts. I mean, you can put a link in your post, it just won’t work. Of course, you can tell your audience to copy and paste, but that would mean they have to copy the link, close Instagram, go to their browser… Too much work! It’s much easier to click a link and be done with it.
Another option is to build your own tracking system and ecommerce affiliate program, which, in actuality, isn’t as complicated as it sounds. There are a range of free apps for affiliate marketing on Shopify. In addition to paid apps on Shopify, which you use to set the foundation for your affiliate program, there are also plenty of with other helpful plugins. Even paid apps come with a lengthy free trial period so you can test out your affiliate program, make sure that you get a good return on investment, and then decide which apps are worth your money.
